CHESTERFIELD HOTEL

Roof Terrace Bar & Restaurant

This project involved the full mechanical services installation for a new rooftop bar and restaurant, including associated enabling works to support the development.

Our scope of works included:

  • Installation of new WC suites.
  • Provision of new hot and cold water services to serve the bar area, WC facilities, and staff areas.
  • Installation of new above-ground drainage systems for the bar and WC areas.
  • Relocation and replacement of two existing VRF air conditioning condensers, including full system recommissioning.
  • Upgrade of hotel bedroom extract systems into a new centralised ducted extract system as part of the enabling work.
  • Testing, commissioning, and handover of all newly installed systems

These works were carefully coordinated to integrate with existing hotel operations while delivering modern, efficient building services to support the new rooftop facility.


Hotel Room En-Suite Refurbishments

As part of the wider scheme, refurbishment works were undertaken to enhance the en-suite facilities within a number of hotel bedrooms, delivering refreshed, contemporary amenities for guests.

Our works included:

  • Removal of existing sanitaryware and shower equipment.
  • Reconfiguration of domestic water services and above-ground drainage to suit the revised layouts.
  • Installation of new WC suites, basins, and shower enclosures.

The completed works provide upgraded, high-quality bathroom facilities aligned with the hotel’s standards and guest experience objectives.

Lockermarsh

The Lockermarsh project involved the complete electrical redevelopment of a former care home, transforming it into a modern Care First Trust facility. The refurbished building now provides high-quality accommodation and educational spaces for foster children, supporting both residential and learning needs within a safe and nurturing environment.

Our team was responsible for delivering a comprehensive electrical installation package, completed within strict budget and programme requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Premier inn - fulham

The Premier Inn Fulham project involved the comprehensive electrical fit-out of the ground floor within an existing hotel, supporting its redevelopment and transition into the new brand identity.

Our team delivered all electrical aspects of the refurbishment, ensuring the upgraded space met the required operational standards, brand specifications, and performance expectations.

The key focus within the project was the lighting control scheme.

Yardley Primary School 

This project comprised a comprehensive upgrade of the school’s heating infrastructure and domestic hot water generation systems. The existing, redundant plant and associated distribution systems were removed and replaced with modern, energy-efficient equipment to improve reliability, performance, and control.

  • Removal of the existing heating system, including boiler plant, distribution pipework, and radiators
  • Installation of new gas-fired boiler plant and associated equipment
  • Installation of new heating distribution pipework throughout the school
  • Installation of fan convector heat emitters to improve heat distribution and efficiency
  • Removal of the existing hot water generation plant
  • Installation of a new gas-fired hot water cylinder and associated equipment
  • Installation of a new Building Management System (BMS) to provide enhanced control and monitoring of the new plant and equipment
  • Testing, commissioning, and full handover of all installed systems

The completed works provide the school with a modern, efficient, and fully controlled heating and hot water system designed to meet current operational demands while improving overall system performance and reliability.

Talacre Leisure centre

This Leisure Centre refurbishment project involved upgrading the existing facility to deliver modern, high-quality amenities. The works included the creation of new shower and changing facilities, new WC facilities, a new soft play area, and the development of a new gymnasium and fitness studio.


Our scope of works included:


  • Installation of new mechanical ventilation systems, including heat recovery and extract ventilation
  • Upgrading of the heating system, including the renewal of heat emitters within refurbished areas
  • Installation of new sanitaryware
  • Installation of new shower suites
  • Installation of air conditioning systems serving the new studios and gymnasium
  • Installation of a new Building Management System (BMS) to control and monitor the new plant and equipment
  • Commissioning of all newly installed systems
